Closing the Loop: From Analysis to Implementation¶
This page tracks the journey from analysis documents to a fully operational continuous architecture platform.
Analysis Documents¶
Three companion analyses define the platform vision:
| Document | Focus |
|---|---|
| Capability Map Analysis | 34 L2 business capabilities, coverage assessment, gap analysis |
| Ticketing Integration Analysis | Vikunja evaluation, ticket structure, AI access patterns |
| Solution Design Lifecycle Analysis | Branching strategy, folder structure, portal generators, ADR promotion |
Consolidated Roadmap¶
The Roadmap combines all three analyses into a phased implementation plan:
- Phase 0: Data isolation cleanup
- Phase 1: Foundation (capabilities.yaml, solutions directory, branch workflow)
- Phase 2: Portal publishing (generators for solutions, capabilities, tickets)
- Phase 3: AI integration (copilot-instructions updates, prior-art discovery)
- Phase 4: Ticketing infrastructure (Vikunja on Azure Container Apps)
- Phase 5: Advanced features (health dashboards, MCP server, custom domain)
The Core Idea¶
Architecture amnesia — where solution designs are produced, reviewed, approved, and forgotten — is eliminated by:
- Branch-per-solution workflow enforcing PR review as the architecture governance gate
- Capability rollup making every ticket's impact traceable to business capabilities
- Portal publishing making all solutions, capabilities, and decisions visible and cross-linked
- AI awareness giving the agent full context of prior solutions and capability history
